Open Streets Norman
Open Streets Norman is a free festival put on each year by the Cleveland County Health Department to encourage health and wellness in the community and support local businesses. Several city blocks around the University of Oklahoma’s Campus Corner were turned into a paved park and communal space for attendees to walk, bike, skate, dance, play, eat and socialize.
